Often used in the once popular ECA (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin) stack for weight loss and fat burning.
Start by taking 1 capsule before workouts or in the mornings as needed. Do not exceed 3 tablets in one dose!
When taking in ECA stack for weight loss: Take up to 2 tablets of ephedrine twice daily with a maximum of 1 tablet of caffeine twice a day. Can use up to 3 tablets per dose, but do not exceed 3 tablets of ephedrine and 1 tablet of caffeine per dose.
Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime, as it can disturb sleep.

Love this for waking me up alongside my coffee, and clearing up my nose
Great energy booster when used moderately! Definitely wouldn't recommend within a few hours of bedtime and would recommend not using it every day to avoid building up a tolerance. I do enjoy the mild appetitie suppressant effect, helps me fast from breakfast to dinner occasionally.
