Leucine is the primary BCAA associated with tissue repair and muscle recovery. It will always be the larger portion of a 2:1:1 or 4:1:1 ratio when looking at a BCAA.
-Stimulates protein synthesis
-Preserves lean muscle mass
-Promotes muscle recovery
Dosage is 5g (1 teaspoon) 1-2 times daily, immediately following training. Should be mixed with another product, like a protein or flavoured BCAA.
