Suggested use:

Optimum Nutrition is my go to protein for all my post workout recovery needs! I'll use a scoop after playing sports or weight training or mix it with my smoothies for breakfast when I'm short on time. Mixes great and I've tried almost all the flavors now, Extreme milk chocolate is my go to, same with the mint chocolate.
